TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This document outlines the full terms governing your access to and use of the services provided by ABA Impact Team, LLC, a Florida-based company located at 11718 SE Federal Hwy, #216, Hobe Sound, FL 33455. By using our website, community, courses, or services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with any disputes resolved through arbitration in Martin County, Florida.

1. Membership & Access

1.1 Eligibility
Membership is restricted to ABA therapy business owners, clinical leaders, and professionals seeking to develop or optimize their business. Membership approval is at the sole discretion of ABA Impact Team, LLC.

1.2 Account Usage
Each membership is for individual use only. Sharing access, login credentials, or content with non-members is strictly prohibited.

1.3 Subscription & Billing
Members agree to recurring subscription payments unless canceled. ABA Impact Team, LLC reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.

1.4 Cancellation & Refund Policy
All purchases are final, with the exception of the eBCBA™ Community, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must complete a 15-minute feedback call with our team.

• You must fully complete the eBCBA Blueprint™: Foundations Course (completion verified).

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of original purchase.

Refunds will not be granted outside of these conditions. Upon refund approval, access is revoked, and all rights to use ABA Impact Content are forfeited. All other purchases remain non-refundable.

 2. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

2.1 Ownership
All content, courses, templates, forms, videos, branding, graphics, and materials ("ABA Impact Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of ABA Impact Team, LLC. This includes, but is not limited to, eBCBA™, eBCBA Blueprint™, and all associated branding. All content is protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law.

2.2 Permitted Use
Members may use ABA Impact Content solely for internal use within their ABA therapy business. Templates may be modified only for this purpose.

2.3 Prohibited Use

• No reselling, redistribution, or sharing of ABA Impact Content.

• No reproduction or modification for external use.

• No use in developing competing services, consulting, or coaching.

• No unauthorized use of eBCBA™ or eBCBA Blueprint™ branding.

2.4 Violations, Enforcement & Liquidated Damages
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or misappropriation of ABA Impact Content shall result in liquidated damages of $10,000 per violation, in addition to actual damages, legal fees, and enforcement costs. These damages are intended to compensate ABA Impact Team, LLC for harm caused by breach and are enforceable under Florida law and U.S. federal intellectual property statutes.

3. Community Conduct

Members agree to follow Community Guidelines and refrain from:

• Harassment, hate speech, or bullying.

• Spam, self-promotion, or unauthorized solicitation.

• Disruptive behavior or misuse of the platform.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination at the discretion of ABA Impact Team, LLC.

4. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

4.1 No Licensing or Accreditation
ABA Impact Team, LLC is not a licensed educational institution or accrediting body. Course completion does not confer certification or legal qualification.

4.2 No Guarantees
We make no guarantees of business success, income, or results from use of our Services.

4.3 Hold Harmless Agreement
Members agree to hold ABA Impact Team, LLC, its executives, and team harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of Services.

5. Service Availability & Support

5.1 No Guaranteed Uptime
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Recourse for downtime is membership cancellation with no refund.

5.2 Limited Support
Support is limited to platform access issues. We do not provide IT troubleshooting for personal devices or software.

6. Affiliate & Sponsorship Disclosure

6.1 Affiliate Relationships
Some links and recommendations may generate affiliate commissions for ABA Impact Team, LLC.

6.2 Sponsored Content
Vendor training or sponsored resources do not constitute endorsements. Members are responsible for due diligence.

7. Modifications & Termination

7.1 Changes to Terms
ABA Impact Team, LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

7.2 Termination Rights
Memberships may be terminated at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Martin County, Florida, and may be enforced against any party under U.S. federal intellectual property law.

By continuing to use ABA Impact Team, LLC Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
