AMBASSADOR PROGRAM AGREEMENT 

This Ambassador Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between ABA Impact Team, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“ABA Impact”), and the individual accepting this Agreement through online registration (“Ambassador”).

By completing registration and affirmatively accepting this Agreement, the Ambassador confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by its terms.

1. Purpose

This Agreement governs participation in the ABA Impact Ambassador Program, where Ambassadors promote eligible ABA Impact products and services and receive commission and potential rewards for qualifying referrals.

2. Ambassador Status

Ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees or agents of ABA Impact. No employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created by this Agreement.

Ambassadors are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable promotional and privacy laws

• Filing their own taxes on income received

• Managing their own Stripe Connect account for payouts

3. Commission Structure & Payout Terms

• Ambassadors earn 20% recurring monthly commission on qualified sales of eligible offers (e.g., the eBCBA™ Odyssey membership).

• Referred members must complete their purchase using the Ambassador’s unique referral link.

• All commissions are held for 30 days to align with ABA Impact’s refund policy.

• Commissions are issued monthly through Kajabi’s affiliate system via Stripe, provided the referred member has remained active beyond the refund window.

🔒 Referral Eligibility

To qualify for commissions and any promotional rewards, referred members must remain active past the 30-day refund period.
Canceled or refunded referrals are not eligible for payout or credit.

Tax Documentation Requirement
In accordance with IRS regulations, Ambassadors must submit a completed and signed IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving any commission payouts. No commissions will be paid until the W-9 has been submitted and approved by ABA Impact.

🔗 Referral Link Tracking Policy

• ABA Impact uses a 30-day tracking cookie to associate referred purchases with the Ambassador’s unique link.

• The referred user must complete their purchase within 30 days of clicking the Ambassador’s link.

• Referrals made outside this tracking window are not eligible for commission.

• Ambassadors are encouraged to remind referrals to use their unique link at the time of enrollment.

4. Brand Use & Promotional Guidelines

Ambassadors agree to:

• Use only official marketing materials, language, and assets provided or approved by ABA Impact

• Represent ABA Impact truthfully and ethically

• Avoid exaggerated claims or misrepresentations of results, earnings, or guarantees

Ambassadors may not:

• Use paid ads or impersonate ABA Impact in any form

• Modify or rebrand ABA Impact content

• Use ABA Impact intellectual property outside the scope of this program

5. Confidentiality

All internal materials, resources, referral links, and related documents are considered confidential and subject to the ABA Impact Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), incorporated herein by reference.

6. Program Termination & Enforcement

ABA Impact reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Ambassador for:

• Breach of this Agreement

• Misuse of referral tools or brand assets

• Unethical conduct, fraud, or manipulation of the referral system

Confirmed violations may result in:

• Immediate removal from the Ambassador Program

• Forfeiture of unpaid commissions and contest rewards

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Martin County (State) or St. Lucie County (Federal).

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement incorporates and is governed in conjunction with:

• ABA Impact Terms & Conditions

• ABA Impact Non-Disclosure Agreement

This document represents the full understanding between the parties.
By enrolling in the Ambassador Program, the Ambassador agrees to all terms outlined herein.
